The best scenario is if the judge decides LKO gives up it's leases /permits and is fairly compensated
This relationship is toxic
I didn't think a business relationship could be as toxic as Citic and Clive Palmer but this is close
Imagine if LKO were allowed to drill by the judge they'ld have the EPA , mines department whatever resources they had sniffing around trying to shut it down daily
Hopefully they get the cash and run as far from this state as possible
