BMR has released it's IPO preliminary papers. They are asking the market for $75m publically, and a second 60m ish is tied up with a private placement that includes the development of a large processing facility in Ontario just up the road from BMR and MEI and other local tenements.

That value is based largely on the returns/values they have from drills in and around MEI sites.

They are so confident that there is commercial cobalt numbers in this area they are planning a massive facility built out to process it and MEI has drill sites all in the same area, some cases surrounded by BMR sites. There's a lot of cobalt already taken out of the ground but by the looks of it plenty more to go.
