Shane Mele is the Exploration Manager;
and was Managing Director of Kidman Resources, and held senior management and geological roles with St Barbara Limited, BCD Resources NL, Leviathan Resources Limited and MPI Mines Limited with a range of responsibilities including regional exploration. Top guy.

But I am more interested in the appointment of  Sarah Heard as Senior Exploration Geologist with the Company as she has a great experience on Stawell-style gold mineralisation. I am watching for long time now how NML is trying to mimic Stewal gold mine. That's why I am still holding tight.
