This is a big deal. Npower was using SAP billing technology, which apparently was a disaster - http://www.computerweekly.com/news/...-SAP-billing-system-as-cause-of-npower-losses. Hansen is the other large incumbent provider to Big 6 UK energy providers, so GTK have both replaced the incumbent (SAP) and beaten Hansen to win this deal.
The global tailwinds of energy & water market deregulation are blowing a gale for GTK.
