yeah nose you have been wrong several times. fwl will never do a deal - wrong the chinese will renig on the deal - wrong the chinese will never put the money in - wrong you are right there is no dso - yet you are right there is no construction finance - yet but they don't need it yet. one thing about the chinese, they wouldn't waste millions buying shares at 4 times the price unless they thought it was good and that they can raise the finance. it will be just like gbg, the chinese will supply the money and the mine will get built. it is inevitable if chian approves the deal.
