    I just bought some gmm shares yesterday and I called my broker to vote yes.
    as the transaction doesn't settle until Monday, I can't vote yet.

    upon calling the registry, apparently there will be compulsory acquisition and they will send forms that I need to fill in. Once it's done they will convert those shares into gxy.
