It is fairly simple. Copy the email that I sent to the ASX which I copied to this forum, and paste it into a new email. The one I sent to the ASX had my real name and address and phone number on it.
On the email you have pasted change my HC name at the beginning and end to your real name, add your address and perhaps 'phone number and add any other particulars to describe you such as "OIP shareholder". Then copy the email address of the ASX that I gave you into the "To" box and press "send". Perhaps ask a friend to check it fo you.
And I phoned Candice Trevenna on the ASX to make sure she had received it. The 'phone number is 02 9338 0000.
My email post is like a form letter for anybody to use and copy as their own. In fact it was one of the top 20 OIP shareholders who I contacted to engage his support(not Geoff Albers of OXX)that suggested I should post a form letter to this forum for others to use.
This is not as effective as you drafting one of your own, but it is easy to do and better than doing nothing and it will be counted by the ASX as an email from a concerned and disgruntled OIP shareholder seeking proper process.
Repeat this for your email to ASIC. I am not sure in whose jurisdiction the power lies to adjourn meetings so I sent it to both regulators, ASX and ASIC.
Hope this helps.
Regards, Fairgopat
