Thanks for the intelligence. Well at least that's an admission by the OIP Board that OIP shareholders need more time, but of course a three day adjournment is clearly insufficient time for what OXX and those of us from this forum had reasonably requested. We wont even have received the Bidders Statement by week's end.

My and my son's booklet from Orion dated 12th February, headed ADJOURNED GENERAL MEETING and containing the SUPPLEMENTARY INDEPENDENT'S REPORT arrived in the mail this morning (Mon 22nd Feb).

Surely the regulators, ASX and/or ASIC, won't accept the new timing.

I feel another appeal to the regulators coming on... and I urge fellow travellers to do likewise. We need a flood of emails to the regulators.

Hardmano, I am disappointed you will not be able to fully participate in that meeting on Friday (if it is not again adjourned) because all that your perceptive questioning would have elicited from the OIP Board and David Casey, including refusals to answer your questions, will be excellent ammunition for an appeal to the Federal Court not to approve the Scheme. One of us should tape record that meeting.
