Different business model back then though, it’s now a LIC (safer investment when you think about it), and LIC’s tend to trade around their NTA. I came to the realisation some time ago that MMJ wasn’t going to regain the massive spikes of the ‘green mania’, and will plod along until we see the fruits of our Canadian ventures. Despite the slow SP crawl upwards, I feel that we’re in a decent position, JC has some runs on the board, and we should see some developments with Weed Me and Fire and Flower in conjunction with solid growth in LABS and HVT this year. MMJ is a long term investment, quick bucks won’t be made, but they have a good range of products/services in their portfolio to hold them in good stead for future SP growth. I foresee too that MMJ will be one of the first Australian ‘green’ company’s to offer a dividend, years away, but closer than most of the blowhard others.
Questions 3 and 6 will need to be positively answered in the next month before I put my hand in my pocket for the SPP.
