Good summary Pushhi of the key steps required - you left out financing the mine, which is another big one. It accurately reflects HLX's current position. I find many exploration co investors on Hot Copper have no idea of what's actually involved in finding a resource and developing a mine. Many seem to think you drill a few holes, hit some mineralisation and the next week you grab the dozer and start mining! Any many seem to have little or no appreciation of the risks involved in investing in exploration stocks.
