You would think that HQ has been treating the rest of the shareholders with contempt.
Fancy showing interest when the scales are just about to tip.
As for Ms Qian outright contempt. Return the monies Ms Qian.
Maybe we can get people on the board with experience to drive this company forward instead of fee collecting. I would like to see a further commitment from HRR.
I think HQ's proposal is just to consolidate and strengthen their position where the rest of the shareholders have no hope.It is bad enough as it is.
They also had the opportunity with the placement and showed no interest whatsoever.
If HQ was serious they would put the money up and take a bigger slice of the find than just want more cheap shares. Cheap and nasty way of pretending in doing something.
This is just my opinion and everybody is entitled to their own. At least voice your opinion to the board how ever you see fit. This stock has to move on not languish as it has been.
