Here is what was said...."The timing and quantity of the gas which could be supplied to Orica reflects a balanced risk and reward profile for both parties that incorporates a portfolio of production-cost based, fixed/indexed and market linked pricing.
So the answer, to my way of thinking, is that a combination of all three price models (ie cost only, fixed price with indexing and market linked, are within the make up of the 250PJ/d, to be shared equally...maybe??
I think Orica and STX are well and truly best buddies now, Orica need the gas and STX need a big brother to shelter under (ie away from predators) as they get this project into full swing!!
Going to be an interesting day!
