I dont think COE will be a T/O target till the project is de-risked further. We will first see the share register become a little more interesting with a creep up of holdings and potential new entrants. If say in October this year we are still on track and budget for March 19 start, the hey lets reevaluate the potential.
I prefer not to be taken over however a TO knocked back should appreciate our SP higher
I dont see STO or beach revising COE unless a bidding war eventuates from an initial overseas player jumping in. IMO!

Also great to see COE getting some discussions here on HC, 25 odd post makes me feel there are more people following COE now

I see the first jump to .38-40c after march and run to my target to .46 Julyish
