IMO....I have some concerns with the announcement made, as past history of this Co's announcements shows that what they say is not necessiarly the outcome they envisage.

I don't like the following words in the announcement:

* "In principle"

* "Negotiations continuing on a second scenario"

I think I'll will wait till the September timeframe/ milestones have been met.

IMO....I think this announcement was made with the intention of stalling any further price falls.

Like always.... make up your own decisions.
