Hi all....  and well done to those that were holding G1A prior to the funding deal.

I had toyed with buying last week...  so spewing I missed that opportunity, but c'est la vie.  I'm not crying too hard, cause I reckon there's still an upside from here .

I'm probably a bit late to join the party and contribute to dissecting the deal...  but thought I'd post this graphic that I put together for myself to help me better understand the basics of the deal.  Hope it's a little helpful so someone .
