    The market can be surprisingly slow to react to changing fundementals, especially those that take more than 15 seconds of thinking. A similar thing happened with EXU just recently where I was able to double my holding at 10.5c after the board agreed to the takeover by RMS and the offer went unconditional. At the time the offer was worth 14.5c
