Yes. I forgot to add as a Japanese company already invested in Australia we won't have any issues with the FRB either. Much rather us be dealing with a Japanese company than a Chinese company.
The likely end outcome here is that Toho will eventually move to majority ownership, but it won't be done on the cheap.
