The typical, "But large holders aren't selling" gimmickThe kicker for me is that no new substantial holders have come on board for a very long time. The share price has dropped 60% and not a peep from institutional holders buying shares or increasing holdings. This is quite telling. That suggests to me that the big end of town still don't see any value.
