Now in my opinion dumping at this stage at 1.5c is definitely a deliberate debasement for the purpose of setting an offer price. It's happened to me before and this looks like a carbon copy. Having said that the thought also comes to mind that a much more sinister plot could be in the making. So much for the negative, on the positive side a lucrative JV would brighten things up a tad.
