I can't understand why we waited so long for this? not a whole lot different to the base case, variables now +\_ 25%. Too slow. China are serious about stopping pollution and raising rebar standards. No one mentions India also they will be the next major economy to lift themselves out of the mud. It looks like selling has slowed thank god. I'm buying more oppies and will convert them Monday. good luck looks like we will need it!!!??
