NPV or other valuations are used as a guide to determine potential although with PFS out there is a sound basis to generate a reliable NPV as a guide. There is more qualitative things to considered to assess de-risking and closing the gap to wahtever value one has. More importantly, these stocks will need a turn in sentiment to commodities and EVs more than ATC getting finance progressed, specific to FYI they need to show that these 20+ interesting parties can be turned into tangible customers to drive progression of the project.
