Have you been able to source any good references on HPA demand. I have looked back at some historical presentations (ATC mainly) and there were prediction of 48Ktpa for 2018.
I believe 2017 was actually only around th 22-25ktpa mark.
IMHO it looks like the GAGRs for HPA seem to be all currently BS?
Not saying we wont have growth, just that it seems really hard to get a proper scope on it.
Although by the time all the various plants gets built consumption will probably be well able to soak up the extra supply.
