I know I said I'm not calling this little rally anything. I know.
My rough chart below shows how just a modest rise to ~28c would have some chartists buying with their ears pinned back.
The decline since early 2016 has been so smoothly consistent, a modest variation in the path will look outsized.
Anyway, this is my hot new theory and I will stick to it until proven wrong.
