Never been tied to the "By Novemeber" clause becuase IF the chinese get into control and all is approved and they start spudding or earthworks by novemebr who is going to say No sorry deadline not met???? - so for me delay likely in terms of getting 2 holes drilled BEFORE end of nov, but at least started by end of November as a minimum???
But risk is here chinese getting cold feet and pull out for some reason - no one will know until it happens, and the $$ guarantee is likely the trigger point.
