Thank you to all those who replied to my questions, particularly hendot, Le ASX and redhotiron. It seems that customers should not have too many concerns about NEA's pricing model. Basically, customers can choose the monthly data they purchase based on their expected number of virtual site visits and screen resolution used. If they use more data than expected they would just need to up their plan, adding to NEA's ACV as they do.
