    1. Not sure regarding subscription fees being "unlimited" but I imagine for that type of access the fee would be quite high. I understand the majority of plans are limited by data.

    2. See here, it outlines that panning around counts as data usage https://docs.nearmap.com/display/ND/Data Usage

    3. Not sure regarding this I assume it would similar to a phone plan, pay for a limit and can pay extra if you run out.
