What people in the know are you talking about? I've spoken to a few and they said it was grossly over estimated. I also don't think that its an accurate assessment just going by what people at catching, unless they are netting 10's of thousands with each net for weeks on end.

Don't they have a legal responsibility to disclose any loss over a certain amount? I'm sure with all the legal stuff that has been going on lately the last thing they would do is put themselves in a position that would undermine that. Anyway, from what I read in the results they explained the loss.
