new issue - suspect price would be sub $0.10 share and then Management and board have to change
sell - who would buy.

Well said thats exactly right.

Holding on a loss for a very long time and sick and tired of the sp slide and hoping it somehow rally again.

So therefore I decided to sell and make money elsewhere. With an over $20m current debt and a market cap of only $56m or so isn't very promising. Definitely capital raising is on the cards or administration.
