Have you guys even bothered to read the report?

NO FEES HAVE BEEN PAID FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS.

The Management are on salaries. $65,000 pa. Would you run a Company for that?

Not only have they done that they have purchased shares from their own money. NO SHARES have been gifted.

While I am not happy with the Ferguson situation it is totally understandable. The Fergusons lost their Son this year in a tragic accident so they are selling up their business as there is no-one to take it forward. It is the Ferguson Family decision. BFC have decided they will not buy the business but sell their share and contract other suppliers.

They have rebuilt a Diary & Food processing into the state of the art and are WINNING awards.

That more than I can say for the rest of us.

I never see any of their social media posts on here unless I post them. I have given you all links to their social media.

Yet nothing gets done.
