I have followed this company from its IPO. People were warned by brokers that while it was pursuing an interesting market there were too many flaws in the capital/funding model and some flaws in the operating model - It was all about making a few people wealthy no matter what the outcome while shareholders took the risk.
It has turned out to to be a confusing small conglomerate of investments with Roger Sexton and possibly others making money asked on investment not managerial effort while investors have lost 60% of their’s.
A good idea, poorly implemented by people who’s interests are not fully aligned with those who’s money they are meant to manage.
