On paper initially their approach may have appear sound and even appealing but its subsequent execution, the structure of it as a market based investment and the management team is flawed and it will all remain that way unless the Board is replaced, the strategy redeveloped, the management team changed, the assets and operating activities realigned. The only thing of any real value really is the dairy operation but that lacks vision or scale and under the current arrangement it will be not get legs to be anything. the beef and aqua-operations are problematic and DDT hasn't moved with the times and as such is a fallen angel, noting its early datadot technology was brilliant.
But in the absence of any major change or an external agitator with financial teeth the current Board and BPAM Directors will continue to feed well and have a good lifestyle on the back of it and not seek or be incentivised to change.
What about the other shareholders you say? Well sadly they are jut feedstock for the company to remain as is.
