Interesting to revisit BFC after some absence of interest. It seems the company structural matters and approach to acquisitions concerns of the past are now showing themselves in the financial results and the share price has been declining as a result.

Pity as this was another one that had early potential but is slipping away slowly. At least this one is recoverable with the right CEO (and MD) and some rather major changes through the company both horizontally and vertically.

Will put it back on the radar and see where it goes from here.
