Always go to the IA’s report for the short and curly... “Indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast doubt on the Group’s ability to continue as a going concern.” Grant Thornton, pg 56. Wouldn’t be surprised if this line was contained in previous reports if they’ve never turned a profit before.
Wasn’t the market cap only $8m when the sp sank to 12.5c the other week? So, TZ’s loan debt ($7m) was almost the same as the company value???
