That's right! No license, no farming or cultivation. It was my understanding that all Hemp Australia hemp products are imported from Chinese supplier and repackaged in Australia. So, it is more like Hemp Chinese than Hemp Australia. I bought some Hemp Australia hemp seed for cereals and liked the taste of it but when I discovered the origin of the hemp seeds, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Rather prefer Australian product over Chinese. In January, the usual uprampers were screaming out $2 soon and $3 soon by comparing EXL to CAN etc. CAN has two licences and hovering at $3, wonder how EXL would be $3 without these licences? Wonder where those uprampers gone? MM company is required to meet stringent ODC requirements to aquire such licenses. IMO, EXL's direct competition is QBL(MCL) as they are both in hemp consumable business, not CAN. EXL should buy MCL's hemp seeds and rebrand them and sell them rather than selling pesticiser infested Chinese knock-offs.
