One big red flag is that from 1/7/15- 30/6/17 the company generated a total income of just $2882
In that same time period it has paid out $489,000 in Directors fees
The company made a previous public announcement that it would not be paying Directors fees until the project (farms) was underway. No public announcement has been made to the contrary as far as I am aware. Add another year of Nil income to 30/6/18 and another year of Director fees to the above totals and I can see why the Company is still attempting to paint a rosy (the money is just over there..) picture. All $150 million of it.. Please..... Just get $4.5 million, pay for the first farm, generate an income and reduce/stop the Directors fees and then buy the second farm. $150 million of Debt finance would COMPLETELY wipe out every shareholders equity via the contracts - security/guarantee/ equity clauses, if that plane ever comes to drop money from the sky.
