2.         Therespondents pay 75% of the applicants’ costs of the application, those costsnot to include costs of the preparation of the confidential affidavit ofRebecca Lee Jancauskas dated 30 January 2019 (which was not read).

So my reading of this is that Ethicon paying 75% of the costs of the interlocutory application, which is just a fragment of total costs of the case relating to this motion. It doesn't reveal any info on overall settlement terms or costs. In the event of shine winning, in theory all of the costs will be taken from from the overall settlement and any proportion of the settlement (profit slice) agreed in the contract and the class action clients.
