    not sure if its good news or bad,

    pretty horrible last 2 years, some green shoots perhaps

    progressive dividend policy seemingly dropped with no acknowledgement from management

    Management have overpromised and under delivered before so time will tell obviously but I'm not filled with confidence in this stock
