Well, there haven't been any announcements and PME hasn't been a leaky boat before, so it's either anticipation that the HY (due 21/2) is going to knock it out of the park, or a new contract is likely. Or both.
From the nature of the action it appears to still be being accumulated. Accumulation means big money, and big money looks for big pay-offs, not 2% intraday profits, more like 100 - 300%. I said once before that $38 = SH and AH becoming billionaires (USD, that is), and I hold to that.
