It is an interesting choice of words, I'm curious if they mean seeking to either reduce or replace bank debt with other sources that are more preferential for one reason or another. I know they seek funding for disbursements from other sources. I'm also aware their covenants seem to cover their bank debt and not other types.

Actually my thinking came from the same page but to the right of the page, where it says 'Capital discipline' and the fact that they did not announce any acquisitions while seemingly promoting the fact that they are growing organically throughout the presentation.
