    Yeah I know what you mean croasian, I've valued the company based on cashflow alone since not withstanding any issues tied to WIP valuations and banking covenants, the rest is just noise. I wouldn't personally anticipate any recap/dilution anyway if there were any issues regarding that, and I'm not even expecting that there will be issues. I think Shine largely took care of their issues -at least the bulk of them- in 2016.
