Hmm i think you are slightly missing my point. Revenue is coming through as cash-flow (it doesn't drop out of the sky) As per our previous messages, you can't use the bottom line profit and expect this to come through as cash. This number will never be reflected as cash for good reason - That's because it contains significant non-cash items which need to be adjusted for to make a fair comparison with cash-flow.

If you make the appropriate adjustments then the income statement can be used as a leading indicator for future year cashflow. Though it should be considered indicative only and you need to understand the numbers you're looking at. This is actually an advantage rather than something to be put up with
