We see at the crux of valuation cashflow vs "profit" again and some concern on this matter. It is expressed differently to how I expressed it but it is a very real thing that cashflow is the way some people will value this company and as we all know, each bloke values companies differently and this is why we get stock price fluctuations.....one of the reasons anyway.
Until there is a clear and obvious explanation (to people almost at novice level) as to why we should believe the profit, valuations will be closer tied to cashflow than profit IMO.
Having said all that crap, a margin of safety trumps most things. You can get two very smart dudes arguing over a valuation and they can be 50% at least away from each other and they may both turn out to be wrong next week when the company craps itself.
