Well I'm no employee of Shine and not a lawyer, however I am invested in the company as a shareholder.... as you would expect to find in an investment forum.
It is unfortunate that you had a bad experience with the company, and I hope that this is a rare scenario. However you hired their services and therefore have an ethical and (presumably) legal obligation to pay for services rendered. If you are unhappy with the service you received that is a separate issue.
I have previously been involved in a property dispute and was very poorly represented by my lawyer (not a Shine lawyer), nevertheless I paid the agreed upon fee for the work that was done on my behalf. You should do this as well.
Regardless this isn't the appropriate forum to air your personal grievance with the company.
