I am a bit curious about the change in wording to "Commander, our SMB brand", mentioned four times, never seen that wording before, i wonder if that is plan to try and improve its image internally, give it a sense of ownership rather than being the business that didnt fit anywhere, and has been pushed around by the company and the market.
I have limited understand of the SMB market, but i think it should be growing as SMBs play catch-up and modernise, on the other hand new technology should be reducing revenue for clients, and Commanders drop is mostly in Voice, which is seeing revenue drop sector wide.
I think separating it from other divisions and giving it some attention could be a good way forward, isolate it and nurse it back to health. But the problem has to be correctly identified before it can be fixed, what do we expect from it ?
(i need to do some more research on the topic)
