One thing to keep in mind with cables, is that capacity demand increases over time, but price per capacity decreases, they probably balance themselves out. It makes sense from an end user point of view because users costs dont increase over time.
So i expect there will be more signups after it goes live, and less signups after Indigo goes live, but after one year of service revenue will probably be flat from there. But we benefit from value-add, reputation, capacity swaps etc.
Also, the numbers could easily be out by 10%, so its more a ballpark figure.
