The manufacturing license is definitely worth more than the paper its written on.
When the government moved to regulate electric bike manufacturing our license got us Super Soco as a tenant and contract assembler plus an agreement for the international distribution of their products, which definitely have market acceptance.
Pretty valuable paper.

It takes Warren Buffet about six years to double his money.
VMT at 5 cents could double on a six monthly cycle for a while but probably not for four years.
