I get your point but you are only seeing one side of the equation.
Buying them while they are valued as an egg could, stand alone, if one is into high risk possibly make sense.
Looking at the other side of the equation though, at the moment we are valued as a sick and drying, ugly, featherless mother hen.
Buying them with shares in VMOTO or raising capital at a discount to our current price makes no sense.
If they hatch there is no doubt they will be valued as chickens but my guess is we will undergo a sex change and be valued as a prize rooster.
Their chicken will be worth a much smaller piece of our prize rooster pie if we decide to let them in on the action after they hatch.
Given the Research and Development collaboration component of the mothering agreement which has to muddy the waters as to who owns the designs I don't think they will be in a very strong bargaining position.
Charles could be more cunning than a bush rat.
