With the arrangements that have been put in place we are in a perfect position to ride the wave of their potential, and I stress potential, success.

Its far too early to be giving them equity like we did with Power Eagle only to find that we are much better off without their business but still have to live with the massive dilution that the merger caused.

We hold all the cards and if they try to dud us we will quickly move to produce something similar to what  we have jointly researched and developed to feed into our distribution chain.

The factory has heaps of capacity and there is no shortage of labour in china. Stop worrying about whether we will be able to supply international orders.
