I hear that this proposed EGM is gaining some legs. Makes perfect sense to overthrow a grossly underperforming Board & Management team, re-structure board & management with some industry-experienced heads, integrate some other technologies within the group, build a new go-to-market(s) plan, take advantage of nearly $30M in accrued losses - and maybe, just maybe, put some value back in this stock for shareholders. It's a long shot and obviously needs the voting numbers but is probably worth the effort. But, if I can offer something to those behind this scheme - make sure you get the right people on board to roll-out the solutions effectively to the markets. From what I've seen, there are very few worldwide who actually understand how to commercialise these technologies into needy sectors. And, I don't mean sell, I mean commercialise for the benefit of the business and all beneath. There are many that can sell, very few who can develop the opportunity to sell. And, you'll only have one shot at this - if the shareholders give you this chance, it will only be once, there will not be a second opportunity if you don't get it right the first time.

If it does come to fruition, can someone please smash and burn that damn trough!!
