All depends on how one looks at it. Comparing just growth rate for incremental ACV:

Growth rate for Aust was 38% last financial year, now has decelerated to 16%.

Growth rate for USA was >100% in 1st half FY17 (3.1/1.5), now has decelerated to 71% in 2nd half FY17 (5.3/3.1).

It can be deceleration and acceleration depends on which period (half year versus quarter versus full year) that one wants to look at it.
